The objective was to upgrade the website and migrate to a new theme, with a focus on improving design, performance, and SEO. Here’s what we accomplished:
Sales Page Development
Lindsey understood the importance of strong sales pages and needed two clear, engaging pages for her Gift and Subscription offerings. We designed both with gentle sales psychology in mind, helped refine the messaging, and optimised them for better conversions and SEO best practices.
Full SEO Audit & Optimisation
We carried out a comprehensive SEO audit, optimised key backend elements, and provided actionable recommendations for ongoing improvements to boost organic search performance.
Theme & Performance Enhancements
We migrated the website from Debut to the Dawn theme to modernise the framework and significantly improve load speed. By stripping back unnecessary theme elements, we created a faster, smoother experience for users while supporting stronger search engine rankings.
Design & Navigation Improvements
We refined the navigation structure for easier browsing, integrated a custom font to strengthen the brand identity, and enhanced the product pages for better visual consistency.

Overall, these updates created a faster, more seamless, and visually compelling website designed to increase Lindsey’s average order value (AOV) and overall customer spend.
The Lottie & Albert website showed real improvements, faster load times, better search rankings and a smoother shopping experience for Lindsey's customers. With a more polished design and engaging sales pages, their online presence and sales naturally grew.

We crafted clear, emotive messaging that speaks directly to both beginners and seasoned crocheters, balancing the emotional appeal of creativity and self-care with the practical details of the subscription. The updated sales page was designed to highlight flexibility, quality, and community, key values for the brand, while also addressing common customer concerns. We worked closely with Curate Crochet’s founder to develop a tone of voice that feels personal, encouraging, and fun. The result is a beautifully written and structured page that not only converts visitors into subscribers but also celebrates the craft of crochet and the people who love it.
