The Project Overview
We have worked with SWAND since 2022 to build and maintain their eCommerce website on Shopify. Our focus was to create a site that is visually compelling and seductive for the home goods sector, but also easy for customers be wowed by the SWAND brand and its stunning candle care tool. It was essential to design the platform with enough flexibility to allow them to refresh and update the site content as needed.
Throughout the process, I provided creative guidance and technical expertise, supporting SWAND from the initial project scoping, through brand strategy through to site design, completion and beyond. My understanding of the homewares market helped me offer tailored recommendations, suggest helpful apps, and find innovative solutions to ensure their vision came to life seamlessly. What has made this project so rewarding is the collaborative nature of our work.
My team and I were dedicated to ensuring a smooth and efficient process while delivering a high-quality platform that not only meets SWAND’s needs but evolves with them. I continue to support them with periodic updates to keep the website dynamic, fresh, and aligned with their brand's goals.

It has been important that we build something compelling and seductive for the home goods sector, yet easy to navigate and purchase from, as well as flexible for our own in-house design team to refresh as needed. Georgina’s personal knowledge of our market, her creative guidance and technical skills, and her enthusiastic and professional demeanour from initiation to scope definition to site completion, and ongoing updates have all been excellent. She and her team are organised and capable of many facets including creative and build processes, suggesting work arounds, apps, and putting in the needed time researching to bring visions to reality.
